JEFA Tech Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Request Form

Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority at JEFA Tech and we strive to make sure all of our customers have a trouble free experience when dealing with us. Please read the following notices and instructions to return an item that you have purchased.

DEFECTIVE or INCORRECT ITEMS
All items sold by JEFA Tech are "brand new" unless otherwise specified. If the item stated as brand new is found defective on arrival or incorrect item was shipped, JEFA Tech will repair or replace the item at no cost to the buyer upon notice of the problem. PLEASE DO NOT USE THE RMA REQUEST PROCESS in the case of an incorrect or damaged shipment. Use our customer support form to notify us of the problem so that it may be dealt with properly.

RETURNS
Any item (with the exception of custom made cables) may be returned for a full refund within 30 days after receiving the merchandise. Merchandise must be in new, saleable condition and in original packaging to receive a full refund. If the item is not in new, saleable condition, the item(s) may be refused or a partial credit given. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded in any case.

EXCHANGES
If you would like to make an exchange for a different item, this is accomplished by the return of the original item for a refund and the placing of a new order for the correct item. The new order can be placed at any time, either before or after the original item is returned. It is your responsiblity to place the new order for the new item that you desire.

RETURN SHIPPING
You are responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. For your protection, you should ship the merchandise with a carrier that can track and/or confirm delivery of the returned package. JEFA Tech is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged while enroute to us.

CUSTOM CABLE POLICY
Custom pigtails/cable assemblies are not returnable due to incorrect ordering by the buyer. Custom pigtail/cable assemblies are covered by our standard warranty which covers defects and/or construction errors.
